Shipping policy

Welcome to COFFEESHOTZ! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ewe Two Financial Services Pty Ltd trading as COFFEESHOTZ (ABN: 71 614 921 747).

At COFFEESHOTZ, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, because if you're not happy then we're not happy. 

We currently do not offer International shipping. 

Australian domestic shipping: Victoria, Tasmania, Canberra, New South Wales and Queensland only.

Please Note: We currently do not offer shipping to South Australia, Western Australia or the Northern Territory. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

We offer free Australian domestic Standard shipping for all orders over $150 in Victoria, Tasmania, Canberra, New South Wales and Queensland.

All shipping is processed from Melbourne.

We will process your orders within 1-2 business days. 

We use Australia Post for all standard domestic shipping and will do our very best to ensure that you receive your orders within 2-8 business days from the date of processing your order. Excluding Public Holidays and weekends.
