Refund policy

Welcome to COFFEESHOTZ! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ewe Two Financial Services Pty Ltd trading as COFFEESHOTZ (ABN: 71 614 921 747).

At COFFEESHOTZ, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, because if you're not happy then we're not happy. The Australian Consumer Law also means that we need to provide you with certain protections.

Eligibility for Return

  • The product is damaged and or defective
  • The product differs from how it was advertised
  • The product you received is not what you ordered

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, at info@coffeeshotz.com.au

We will respond to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

As per the Australian Consumer Law, exchanges will be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged and or defective
  • The product differs from how it was advertised
  • The product you received is not what you ordered.

We do  not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@coffeeshotz.com.au.

Exchanges
Email us at info@coffeeshotz.com.au with your exchange concern. As per the Australian Consumer Law, exchanges will be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged and or defective
  • The product differs from how it was advertised
  • The product you received is not what you ordered.

Once accepted, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (we will send you a return shipping label with instructions). We will then either replace the item for you, provide you with a product of a similar value or provide you with a credit that you can use towards your next purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

In addition, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, such as cans once they have been opened. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item(s) are damaged and/or defective, not as advertised or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
