Welcome to COFFEESHOTZ wholesale program. We're pleased to offer our premium coffee products to cafes, restaurants, offices, and retail partners across Australia.

Eligibility

Our wholesale program is available to registered businesses including cafes, restaurants, corporate offices, gift shops, and other retail establishments.

Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order value: AUD $200
Minimum reorder value: AUD $150

Pricing & Payment Terms

Wholesale pricing is available upon approval and will be provided in your custom quote.
Payment terms: Payment due upon invoice unless otherwise arranged
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or as agreed

Ordering Process

Orders can be placed via email or through a custom draft order invoice sent to your business.
Lead time: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and dispatch.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination.
Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified threshold (to be confirmed per account).

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or defective products: Contact us within 7 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
Change of mind returns: Not accepted on wholesale orders due to the custom nature of bulk purchases.
